Canal Gardens Gym is a small in size. All machines are in good condition. Atmosphere is good. Neat & clean place. At the time being, it looks fine but when all residential blocks shall be populated then it will be unable to give good service in that small space to big populated society. It's open for three types of groups 1) Ladies uses it from 8pm - 2pm 2) Students of the Cornerstone School use it from 2pm - 3:30pm. 4) Men use it from 4pm - 10 pm. It's not free. It requires paid membership which is open for both Canal Gardens community & non residents. There is a Cafetaria in the same building which caters only students of Cornerstone during school timings.
